At Noova Outdoor, your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@noovaoutdoor.com.
Refunds Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
